Service call or Diagnostic Fee
For the safety of our technicians and to maintain a safe working environment, we reserve the right to refuse service under the following conditions:
Unsafe or inaccessible road conditions
Presence of animal urine or feces
Abusive or threatening behavior, whether verbal or physical
Severe bug infestation
Rodent infestation
Please note that we do not perform manufacturer warranty repairs. If your appliance is still under warranty, you will need to contact the manufacturer and follow their warranty service process.
A $99 diagnostic/service call fee applies and is non-refundable once the diagnostic has been completed. After diagnosing the issue, we will provide you with a quote for parts and labor.
If you proceed with the repair, the $99 diagnostic fee will be waived and applied toward the repair cost.
If you choose not to proceed with the repair, only the $99 diagnostic fee will be due.
All repair estimates are valid for 30 days.We reserve the right to refuse service if
1. Job is not accessible due to road conditions
2. Animal urine or feces
3. Abusive conduct physical or verbal
4. Bug infestation
5. Rodent infestation
We do not do warranty work. If you are under warranty you will need to contact them and go through their process.
All repair estimates are valid for 30 days.r parts and labor and if you decide to have the repair done we will waive the 99.00 and you only pay for the repair itself if you decide to decline the repair you then pay the 99.00 and the estimate is good for 30 days.
Someone that is 18 or older must be present during the visit.
Pets and children must be kept out of the repair area for their safety.
We are not responsible for damage to linoleum, vinyl or laminate that is damaged while moving the appliance for repairs or water damage, we are not responsible for cabinets or countertop damage.
Refunds.
Diagnostic Fee or service call Fees are non refundable. Parts and labor are covered for 90 days that covers the parts and labor for the repair that was done. In some cases additional parts and labor are needed and are not covered by the original work done. In that situation you will be given a new estimate and you can decide if you want to go ahead with the new repair. We do not refund parts or labor if within 90 days the new parts fail we will replace them. If extra work is needed that is considered a separate job and is not included in the original repair.
