$125 Service Call & Diagnostic Fee

A $125 service call and diagnostic fee applies to each appliance repair appointment. This fee covers the technician's trip to your home, inspection, testing, and professional diagnosis of the appliance.

How Our Waived Service Call Works

Approve the recommended repair during the diagnostic appointment, and the $125 service call fee is completely waived.

Here's how it works:

1. Schedule your appointment
  A $125 service call and diagnostic fee is collected or authorized when your appointment is scheduled.

2. We diagnose the problem
  Our technician will inspect and test the appliance to determine the cause of the problem.

3. You receive a repair estimate
  Once the problem has been diagnosed, we'll explain what is needed and provide the repair price before any repair work begins.

4. Approve the repair
  If you approve the recommended repair during the appointment, your $125 service call fee is waived. You pay only the approved repair price.

5. Choose not to proceed
  If you decide not to have the repair performed, the $125 service call and diagnostic fee applies for the technician's time, travel, inspection, and diagnosis.

Estimate Terms

Any estimate provided is based only on the specific problem diagnosed during the service appointment.

Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date they are provided, provided that:

- The required parts are still available.
- The required parts remain available at the same cost as when the estimate was provided.
- No additional problems or necessary repairs are discovered before or during the repair.

If parts become unavailable, discontinued, or increase in price during the 30-day period, the estimate may need to be revised to reflect current parts availability and pricing.

If a different or additional problem is discovered after the original diagnosis, a separate estimate may be provided for that additional repair.

No Pressure — You Decide

There is no obligation to approve a repair. We'll explain what we find and provide the repair price before proceeding.

Our goal is to keep the process simple and transparent:

$125 diagnostic fee → Repair approved = $125 fee WAIVED

$125 diagnostic fee → Repair declined = $125 fee applies

The service call fee is separate from any applicable parts or labor warranty.
