Service Conditions & Right to Refuse Service
Our priority is to provide professional, respectful, and safe service to our customers and technicians. To protect everyone involved, we reserve the right to refuse, postpone, or discontinue service when conditions at or around the property prevent our technician from safely and reasonably performing the requested work.

- Hazardous, contaminated, or unsanitary conditions
- Excessive odors that make the work environment unsuitable
- Standing water or conditions creating an electrical, slip, or other safety hazard
- Any condition that reasonably exposes our technician to a health or safety risk
Customers may be asked to correct unsafe or unsanitary conditions before service can be performed.
Respectful & Appropriate Conduct
We expect our technicians and customers to treat one another with professionalism and respect.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service in cases involving:
- Threats or intimidation
- Physical aggression or attempts to cause harm
- Harassment
- Abusive or excessively hostile behavior
- Discriminatory or inappropriate conduct
- Sexual harassment or inappropriate sexual behavior
- Any conduct that causes our technician to reasonably feel unsafe
Our technicians are not required to remain at a property when they reasonably believe their safety is at risk.
Appliance Access
The appliance must be reasonably accessible for inspection and service.
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the appliance. This may include removing personal belongings, stored items, or other obstacles that prevent access.
Our technicians are not required to move excessively heavy, hazardous, fragile, or valuable property in order to access an appliance.
If an appliance cannot be safely accessed, the technician may be unable to diagnose or service it.
Property Access
Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.
This may include providing access through gates, driveways, buildings, or other entry points necessary to reach the appliance.
If our technician cannot reasonably access the property or appliance, service may need to be postponed or rescheduled.
Road & Property Accessibility
Our technicians must be able to safely travel to and access the property.
Service may be postponed, rescheduled, or refused when road or property conditions make access unsafe or impractical, including but not limited to:
- Flooded or impassable roads
- Severe weather conditions
- Unsafe or severely damaged roads
- Unreasonably hazardous driveways
- Deep mud, standing water, or other terrain that prevents safe access
- Other conditions that reasonably create a risk to the technician, vehicle, or equipment
Our technicians may use reasonable professional judgment when determining whether travel and access to a property can be completed safely.
Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service
We reserve the right to refuse, postpone, or discontinue service when conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, inaccessible, abusive, or otherwise unsuitable for our technician to perform the requested work.
If service is discontinued because of conditions that can be corrected, the customer may contact us to discuss rescheduling once those conditions have been resolved.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. These guidelines are intended to protect our customers, our technicians, and our ability to provide professional service.
